Hi, I’m Melanie.

Your leadership and culture strategist.

After 25 years in the corporate world, I felt a growing pull towards entrepreneurship and a deeper calling to help leaders navigate the complexities of leadership and culture with clarity, purpose, and influence.

As a former executive with diverse business experience, I understand what it takes to start from the beginning, guiding teams through uncertainty to align vision with strategy and drive meaningful results.


My Qualifications/ Experience

I’m often described as a strategic, results-driven leader with a strong ability to adapt and thrive in new environments. My background as Chief of Staff and leader in business strategy, consulting, and accounting gives me a unique cross-functional perspective. 

My work in advancing culture includes establishing a Diversity & Inclusion council for over 1,000 employees and leading a nationally recognized Women's Employee Resource Group. I've also guided leaders in developing their culture strategy.

The challenges I've faced are universal — regardless of company size or industry. That’s why I’m committed to helping leaders align culture with business strategy to drive lasting impact.

While my primary focus is supporting women leaders, I collaborate with all growth-minded leaders committed to driving meaningful change within their organizations.
